1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
  • Products must be in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging.
  • A valid proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation or receipt) must be provided.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Personalized or custom-made products created specifically for you.
  • Used, damaged, or incomplete items, unless the damage occurred during shipping or was due to our error.

3. Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method once the returned item is inspected and approved.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a shipping error or a defective item.

4. Exchanges

We offer exchanges only for products that are:

  • Defective or damaged upon arrival.
  • Exchanged for the same product, subject to availability.

5. Return Process

To ensure a smooth return experience, please follow these steps:

  1. Initiate Your Return
    Contact our customer service at support@oculartravels.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
  2. Authorization
    Our team will review your request and provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with return instructions.
  3. Package Your Return
    • Ensure the item is securely packed in its original packaging to prevent damage during transit.
    • Clearly include the RMA number in or on the package.
  4. Ship Your Return
    • Use a shipping method with tracking to send the package to the address provided by our customer service team.
    • You are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.
  5. Inspection and Refund/Exchange
    • Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected for eligibility.
    • Refunds or exchanges will be processed within 5-7 business days, and you’ll receive a confirmation email once completed.
